All data you create within Nudge — including tasks, micro-steps, parking lot items, categories, preferences, and completion history — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults.
Widget data is shared between the main app and widget extension via a local App Group container on your device. This data never leaves your device.
We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure that processes or stores your data.
Nudge does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. The app does not contain any SDKs or frameworks that transmit data to external parties.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to share.

Nudge does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app does not collect personal data from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
